Information you share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, city and state, the type of space you are interested in, and your message. Please avoid including payment details, a precise home address or sensitive personal information in your initial inquiry.

The website also processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the form, including server request logs, browser request information and an IP-derived security identifier.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss service availability and scope, and handle related correspondence that you request. If you choose to proceed with a service, any additional information needed for that service will be discussed with you separately.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter. Any marketing subscription would require a separate choice. This website does not provide such a subscription.

Service providers and sharing

Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate this website and deliver inquiry emails. We do not sell inquiry details or provide them to third parties for their independent advertising. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and the security of the service.

Hosting and email infrastructure may process data outside your state or country. Please contact us if you need information about the providers involved before sharing personal information.

Cookies and interactive choices

The contact form uses an essential session cookie to protect against unauthorized submissions. It is not used for advertising. Space and preference selections in the interactive planner remain in the page until you follow the inquiry link; those selections then appear in the URL and may be included in your message.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts and room images are served directly from this website. Your browser settings can control cookies, although blocking the essential form cookie may prevent online submission. You can still contact us by email.

Retention and security

Inquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to address your request, manage relevant correspondence and meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.

We use HTTPS, server-side input validation and form abuse controls. Temporary form rate-limit records use a keyed identifier derived from the connection IP address, rather than storing the plain IP in those records. Hosting security logs are managed separately by the hosting provider. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. Email hello@senciya.com with your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request relates to you. We do not require you to send identity documents with an initial request.

Children and changes to this policy

The inquiry service is intended for adults arranging help with their living spaces. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

We may update this policy when our practices or services change. Material changes relevant to an ongoing service will be communicated where appropriate.
